Pieced Together

There's something comforting about a quilt, whether one is snuggled up underneath it or admiring it on display. Quilts beautifully teach us a lesson about the importance of others. we need each other. In a quilt, each little piece of fabric is important to the quality of the entire quilt. In life we too need each other to be complete.

Susan (of the Crafters of Faith group) challenged us to make a card that features a quilt, tapestry, or artwork of sorts. The Bible verse she chose is Ephesians 2:10 (NIV) that reads "For we are God's handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do."

Thank you for a great theme, Susan! You encouraged me to use a Gina Marie Designs die that I have had for a very VERY long time but had never used.

Thanks for stopping by my blog today!
