I Was RAK'd

Something you might not know about me is I spend quite a bit of time on a variety of sites... drooling.

Recently I was on Facebook in the Unity Show & Tell group and I saw several cards featuring an image/sentiments that I just HAD to have... so I went to the Unity store. (I own lots of Unity stamps, BTW... they are one of my most favorite companies). I searched and searched and could not find the set. So... I went back to Facebook and asked about it. I found out that it was actually a set that had been given as an incentive for people making purchases... BUT the most exciting thing happened. A member of the group offered to mail me the set... she wouldn't sell it to me, she wanted to do it as a RAK and asked that I pay it forward, which I definitely will be doing. So... THANK YOU, Carmen! I love the stamp set and appreciate you gifting it to me!

Here's the first card I've made with the Unity Whatever Comes Next stamp set...

Thanks for stopping by my blog today!

Image/Sentiments: Unity Whatever Comes Next stamped with Lawn Fawn Jet Black Ink and colored with Copic Markers

Papers: Recollections and Stampin' UP! CS and DP from my scrap file

Embellishments: Brads from an unknown vendor

I, too, am a huge Unity collector and love this amazing card (since coffee is also big with me). That Carmen is a sweetheart! How kind of her to gift you with this wonderful set!

Ooh I just LOVE this card Jeanette. I am a bit of a Unity(aholic), ahem. I adore this image based on and how gorgeous that a crafty pal wanted to do such a lovely 'Random Act of Kindness' for you. I love that sort of thing. Just gorgeous! Hugs, Wends xoxo
