Card Kit Cuties #8

I'm back with another pair of cards that I've made from a card kit I received. (If you're interested in seeing my previous Card Kit Cutie Posts click HERE). This kit came to me from Kelly... and oh. my. goodness. What a kit! It took multiple ziplock bags to contain it all.

There were several different images (some stamped in a variety of colors) - plus an actual stamp that is ADORABLE! There was a whole packet of designer papers. Lots of great embellishments. Fun, FUN kit! THANK YOU, Kelly!

As in keeping with my use of past kits received, I made two cards (it was hard to limit it to just two). Here they are...

Card #1

Card #2

Image - Inkadinkado JOY

Truthfully, the very first thing in the kit that caught my eye was that ribbon... and I knew I had to use it! (There's another piece like it - only it's green - that I'm hoarding......... ummmmmmm, I mean I'm SAVING for another day.)

Thanks for stopping by my blog today!

The only thing I used other than what was in Kelly's kit was some Recollections cardstock (Black and 110# White).

These are some great cards! I do love how you angle everything and there's no waste and you use the remainder inside...how ingenious is that?? You have such a knack for combining patterns.

Merry Christmas!!!!!!! :)

Love love love love looooooooooooove!! These are sensational!!!!!!! Each one is a fantastic card, both in design and your wonderful coloring! And I love it IRL, too - petting, squealed and swooned upon it's arrival! Thank you! Such a wonderful combination of papers and elements and you used them so creatively - I'm glad you got your Christmas on with this humble kit :)

Hugs!
