A Little Dye = Blue Hair

I experienced a creative challenge this week...ever have one of those??? This is a preview of what it was...

What's with that???
It's blue hair!

Let me explain...

March 5 - 11
Theme: Unusual Hair Color

That Unusual Hair Color thing really challenged me. The only thing I could think of was when my oldest son went through the phase (as a teenager) of dying his hair - or bits of it - an unusual color... like BLUE! So I tried to recreate that look on the cute little image. It. didn't. quite. work.

And no... it does NOT just the picture; it doesn't look better in real life.

See what I mean?

Now it's your turn to try... I can't wait to see what you come up with for "unusual hair color".

Thanks for stopping by my blog today!

wonderful card Jeanette, but i know what you mean about being uncomfortable with the odd hair colour - I struggle with 'non-real' colours too.... although my hair probably used to look sort of green by the end of summer (as a child) as I spent so much time in the local swimming pool, and the chlorine would take over where the sun left off, so the blond became green....

Well, you were definitely up to the challenge as you did a great job! I'm seeing lots of blue hair these days...and just about every other color. It seems to be popular in my next of the woods.

I'd be dancing, too, if I had those bunny shoes!! How fabulously fun, Jeanette!

I love that commercial on TV where the "senior" ladies dye their hair their school color (purple) for their high school reunion! LOL!
