It Is Well with My Soul

I was so excited when I saw the hymn used for the second Hymn and Scripture Challenge on Patter's Triple the Sraps blog. It Is Well with My Soul is one of my favorite hymns. So I immediately printed out the hymn and planned to work on it right away. But, as often happens, it got laid aside and I'm just now getting a chance to do this challenge.

Not only did I use the hymn, I also used two of my Our Daily Bread stamp sets - Anchor and The Sea.

And look at this...

I even had an anchor charm that I could add to my card. Isn't that fun!?!!?

Here's the inside of my card:

Such a peaceful card!

This is my 51st card in the 100 Cards in 100 Days Challenge.

Thanks for stopping by my blog today!

Utterly beautiful!

lovely take on the hymn, I like how you used the anchor to 'tie' it all together. And the monochromatic colorway adds weight to the beauty of the hymn.

I'll look forward to seeing your challenges this year.
