Card Kits Are Awesome!

I am in a swap where a different hostess each month sends out a kit with images, designer paper, and a small embellishment. Each participant receives the same items. It is fun to see how each one uses the items.

Here are my creations from the two most recent kits:

The green paper on this card is actually a piece of the same two-sided designer paper. I trimmed the paper and used the section I trimmed away for a splash of green.




The green butterfly on this card was actually a cute little 5-petal flower. I snipped off one of the petals and used a small horizontal slot punch to create the butterfly's body. Worked perfectly!




Girl Card
Cardstock: Stampin' UP! Bashful Blue, Cajun Craze, and Night of Navy
Ink: Copic markers and Copic Spica Pen
Embellishments: Michael's Rhinestones and Stickles



Butterfly Tree Card
Cardstock: Black, Cajun Craze, and Peach Parfait
Designer Paper: Recollections Birdwatching Leaves
Ink: Copic markers
Embellishments: flower and Stickles

Both of these cards are great! Wonderful DP on both. Love the beaded flower on the first card. Awesome idea for making butterflies. you are so smart.
